Reaching this message in error? Please try the following steps:
- If you’re clicking on a bookmark to access iSoak Radio, try clicking this link instead: http://isoak.julietrue.com. Once there, click the Log In button near the top and enter your account information. If you see a Log Out button instead of Log In, click it first, then click Log In on the next screen and enter your account information. If this resolves the issue, you’ll want to delete your existing bookmark and create a new one.
- Clear the cache in your web browser. For instructions on how to do this with the specific web browser you’re using, you can do a Google search for “clear cache _____” and fill in the blank with the name of the web browser you’re using (safari, firefox, internet explorer, chrome, etc.). After you clear your cache, try logging in again.
- Try resetting your password by going to the login page and clicking the “Forgot Password” link. After you reset your password, please try logging in again with the new password you’ve created.
If none of the above steps resolve your problem, please contact our friendly support team.
